Christina Odom’s career has provided her a wide range of project experience. Her work of forensic cost examination, cost control & estimating, and price negotiation provides a unique array of experience of having completed projects and develop project solutions when issues arise. In addition to working on a variety of construction claims, Christina assists with project management and contract administration assignments.
Prior to joining the firm, Christina was a Project Manager for an electrical power and lighting contractor, Ms. Odom was responsible for material logistics. Her position included reviewing plans and specifications for hospitals, high-rise office buildings and apartments.

Fontainebleau Las Vegas, Las Vegas, NV, Expert Witness. Christina lead the research team and provided contract review & analysis, and review of construction documents in support of forensic cost and claims analysis on the Fontainebleau Las Vegas, case Brigade Leveraged Capital Structures Fund, Ltd., et al. v. Fontainebleau Resorts, LLC et al., Clark County District Court, Nevada, which was accused of funneling money into the Project. Christina also provided project oversight for a research team engaged in the forensic analysis of the work in place and cost to complete. Through Christina’s detailed research and discovery, the client was able to secure a settlement totaling more than $115M for a group of investment funds in connection with the lawsuit filed against the Owner and other officers & executives involved in the $2.9 Billion Project.
Porsche Cars North American Headquarters, Atlanta, GA, Claims Analysis. The 27 acre complex located at the northeast corner of Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport is the largest investment outside of Germany for the sports car manufacturer. A state-of-the-art business center features 13,000 SQ FT of conference and event space. The experience center has been specifically designed as a destination for the public, including automotive enthusiasts and Porsche customers. Christina provided analysis of the site progress, contracts, schedules and budgets in relation to issues arising from the electrical contract requesting additional compensation.
Sterling Pointe Hampton Inn & Suites Hotel, Dunwoody, GA, Project Manager. Christina is the Project Manager for the new hotel development in Dunwoody, Georgia. The upgraded Hampton Inn & Suites Hotel is a seven (7)-story, 132-key hotel plus a 60,000 SF precast parking deck and four (4) retail buildings along Ashford Dunwoody Road. The Project is scheduled to complete in Summer 2016. Services included the establishment of a development strategy; oversight of the development of the plans, specifications, purchase of FF&E and the construction of the hotel. Initial tasks included assisting Ownership with the selection and management of suitable designers and contractors followed by oversight and management of the construction in order to deliver the project on time and within an acceptable budget.
Spruill Residence Inn, Dunwoody, GA, Project Manager. Christina is the Project Manager for the seven (7)-story, 128-key hotel development in Dunwoody, Georgia. Services include oversight of the development of the plans, specifications, purchase of FF&E and construction of the hotel. Initial tasks included assisting Ownership with the selection and management of suitable designers and contractors followed by management of the construction in order to deliver the project on time and within an acceptable budget.
Fogo de Chão Brazilian Steakhouse, Dunwoody, GA, Project Manager. Christina is the Project Manager for a 8,500 SF retail out parcel space, in connection with the Spruill Residence Inn development in Dunwoody, Georgia. Christina oversees the development of the plans, specifications, purchase of FF&E and the construction of the building.
Corner Bakery, Dunwoody, GA, Project Manager. Christina was the Project Manager for a 4,100 SF retail out parcel space, in connection with the Sterling Pointe development in Dunwoody, Georgia. Christina oversaw the development of the plans, specifications, purchase of FF&E and the construction of the building.
Atlanta History Center, Atlanta, GA, Owner’s Representative & Junior Project Manager. Christina assisted with the preconstruction services and cost control consulting services for the new addition to the Atlanta History Center. The expansion project consists of new entrances, food service, exhibit space and expansion of pre-function space for the ballroom. The project also includes site work inclusive of the main entrance to the facility and a war memorial garden and pools at the corner of the property.
The Cyclorama, Atlanta History Center, Atlanta, GA, Owner’s Representative & Junior Project Manager. Retained by the Atlanta History Center to provide project estimate and budget support services for the Owner’s development team to renovate the existing museum complex and incorporate the relocation of the Cyclorama’s painting, “The Battle of Atlanta.” The Project consist of a new 43,180 SF building to house the Cyclorama painting and associated venue which will be relocated from the existing facility. Construction is anticipated to be one (1) phase with multiple level tie-ins to the existing museum building.
